Accounts Payable Assistant

✓The overall purpose of your job is to be responsible for the back-office finance administration of a selection of Travel Agents, BACS, CHAPS and SEPA bank transfers and account reconciliation.
✓As an Accounts payable assistant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
✓* Talking to travel agents and building relationships with them via phone or email.
✓* Process Supplier Payments
✓* BACS, CHAPS and SEPA bank transfers
✓* Conduct general back-office administration duties
✓* Liaise with Travel Suppliers
✓* Adhoc Finance duties
✓Accounts payable assistant attributes:
✓* Travel experience within customer service will be considered if you are looking to redirect your career.
✓* Using MS Excel [intermediate level, knowledge of formulas]
✓* An excellent team player
✓* Well versed in member engagement
✓* A great communicator verbally and written
✓* Exceptional with attention to detail
✓* Able to work independently with a level of autonomy
