✓5 Month Fixed Term Contact [Potential to be made Permanent]
✓Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
✓Location: Sheffield
✓Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a well-respected professional services business based in Sheffield, to help them recruit for an experienced Management Accountant to offer support during a permanent recruitment process
✓This is a great role for a late part qualified accountant with experience in preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, as well as preparing regular reports and analysis to present to stakeholders across the business when required
✓A key part of this role will be to identify and implement process improvements for the financial reporting strategy across the business and will require strong analytical skills
✓Other duties & responsibilities include:
✓Month end tasks including accruals, prepayment and journal reconciliation.
✓Assistance with Budgets & Forecasts.
✓Complete several manual month end reporting tasks for senior management
✓Essential skills and experience:
✓Late part-qualified or qualified Accountant CIMA / ACCA, QBE or similar
✓Self-starter with the ability to work independently to reach strict deadlines.
✓Advanced Excel skills [i.e., pivot tables, Sumif, Vlookup]
✓Strong presentation and reporting skills – able to develop relationships with stakeholders across the business.
