Aspion are seeking a highly competent HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefits, including health care packages, insurance, benefit schemes, and pensions
This role requires proficiency in Excel, excellent administrative skills, and a keen eye for detail
The position will involve working two days on-site in Uxbridge and three days remotely from home.
Responsibilities:
* Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health care packages, insurance, benefit schemes, and pensions.
* Coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and administration of benefits programs.
* Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to benefits and ensure confidentiality.
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding benefit programs.
* Collaborate with the HR team to communicate benefit information to employees effectively.
* Prepare reports and analyze data related to employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of benefits data and identify any discrepancies.
* Support the HR team with general administrative tasks, such as preparing documentation, maintaining files, and organizing meetings.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry trends related to employee benefits.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to benefit programs.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR administration, specifically in managing employee benefits [health care packages, insurance, benefit schemes, pensions, etc.].
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manipulate, and analyze data.
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees and external providers.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
* Flexibility to work two days on-site in Uxbridge and three days remotely from home.
* Familiarity with relevant employment legislation and industry best practices.
* A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm
