✓Our client is looking for a repair's supervisor, previous experience within repairs/maintenance/housing would be advantageous.
✓Responsibilities
✓To undertake the daily supervision of a range of trade operatives to deliver a first-class repairs and maintenance service to residents and leaseholders.
✓To oversee and manage complaints through to a successful resolution.
✓to provide regular and timely monthly operative performance and productivity reports.
✓To ensure daily work targets and achieved and all works are delivered to a high standard within budget and within the KPI's target.
✓To ensure all works are delivered using a safe system of work and within H&S guidelines at all times.
✓Skills and experience required
✓For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organised, have the ability to prioritise work, and pay attention to detail.
