What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Representative your key focus in your role is to:
Provides world class customer service, creating a friendly, welcoming customer experience for all our customers
Ability to resolve a wide variety of issues that the customer might experience through their rental journey
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently and effectively to meet the quality, service for all customers
What do I need?
A valid UK or EU driving license
A flexible and positive attitude towards selling
Previous experience in a customer service, sales or retail environment
Good English skills, enabling you to be a brilliant communicator
You are willing to work on a shift rota basis, 7 days per week and be flexible
Shift patterns will vary depending on the branch, some are only open Mon-Fri with others 7 days a week
It is likely that weekend work will be required.
