✓Responsibilities:
✓* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum, tailored to the needs of individual students.
✓* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes independent thinking and supports academic, social, and emotional development.
✓* Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing effective intervention strategies where necessary.
✓* Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
✓* Lead the Key Stage 2 phase, including line management responsibilities, staff development, and strategic planning.
✓* Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, maintaining open lines of communication to support student achievement and well-being.
✓* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
✓Requirements:
✓* Qualified Teacher Status [QTS] or equivalent, with relevant experience teaching Key Stage 2.
