✓Person Specification:
✓NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification
✓Experience of working with children under 5 years of age
✓Basic Food Hygiene Certificate [Desirable]
✓Paediatric First Aid [Desirable]
✓Some of the responsibilities of Nursery Nurse include:
✓Working as a key worker, observing children, recording their learning and development
✓Setting up age appropriate activities and following EYFS Curriculum
✓Supporting children at meal times and with personal care
✓Building positive relationships with parents and key interfacing groups
✓Promoting equal opportunity
✓Participating in nursery events i.e
✓trips, fun days
✓Working in partnership with parents and key interfacing groups
✓Working to nursery policy and procedures
✓Attending staff meetings and training as required
