NDT Technician
Description✓My client are looking for an experienced, persistent, and highly motivated individual for this position, with a flexible working schedule and a 4 day week, with the choice to do overtime Friday- Sunday at a competitive rate
✓You must be a solution-orientated individual, with an ability to identify and quickly rectify issues.
✓Essentials:
✓* Understanding of the NDT regulations and Relevant standards Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing [PCN] Level 2.
✓* Are working in NDT at the minute.
✓* High calibre, motivated individual, who wants to join an outstanding team and raise performance level even higher.
✓Responsibilities and experience:
✓* Ultra sonic testing of the cylinders before they leave the factory, and once they have been installed.
✓* Maintain equipment and calibration system.
✓* Evaluation / verdict and certification of test results.
✓* Writing and approving detailed NDT Procedures/techniques.
✓* Vetting and commenting on standards, specifications and enquiries.
✓* Audit operator compliance to procedures.
✓* Organise and administer NDT operator qualifications.
✓* Investigation of defects/problems - on and offsite.
✓* Providing specialist guidance to management/technical.
