✓Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
✓Hours: 8am - 5pm [Mon - Thu] 8am - 12pm [Fri]

✓Syntech Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Planner to work for a World Leading OEM Manufacturer in the Aerospace industry.
✓Operations Planner Duties:
✓Work in close co-operation with the Operations functions at Denham in order to continuously improve key strategic focus areas including: On-time delivery, Production throughput, Prioritisation, Issue resolution, Planning methodology, Key performance indicators.
✓Plan, manage and take ownership of manufacturing and procurement activities in a dynamic environment to deliver parts on time, optimise flow and minimise arrears, including liaising directly with both Sourcing and Commercial.
✓Maintain and oversee the operation of SAP and other business systems in support of the manufacturing process such that Master Data is accurate and up to date and provides for the efficient operation of these systems.
✓To be fully flexible between Denham manufacturing processes in order to provide cover during periods of staff absence.

✓Ability to approach issues logically, work creatively and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
✓Strong organisational skills to balance competing priorities and deadlines
✓Attention to detail - thorough, accurate and concern for all the areas involved.
✓Drive to achieve results - sets high standards, checks own work
✓Initiative - takes ownership to solve problems and meet objectives
✓Judgement and decision making - evaluates key decision-making criteria
✓Working collaboratively - actively contributes to achieve organisational objectives
