✓Salary: £32,875.13 - £36,527.92.
✓Contract: Full time, permanent.
✓The ACC Liverpool Group, manages Liverpool’s world class campus ACC Liverpool, home to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and the M&S Bank Arena, as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter
✓Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world class provider of venue and event services.
✓We are looking to recruit a Front of House manager to join our Events team on a permanent basis.
✓The successful candidate will be one of the lead managers covering assigned events across The ACC Liverpool Group campus.
✓The Front of House Manager ensures that all visitors experience the best customer service possible whilst feeling safe and secure when attending events here at ACC Liverpool.
✓Essential skills for this role include at least two years proven Event or Operational Management experience
✓We are looking for candidates who display the following skills:
✓- Passion for customer service
✓- Ability to multitask
✓- Thrive in a pressured environment
✓- Ability to communicate with a diverse audience
✓- Problem solving skills
✓- A driver for continuous improvement
✓Commitment to and the flexibility to work hours as determined by the business including evenings, weekends and night work are pivotal for this role
✓This role is entirely operational, and the hours of work are driven by the event calendar
✓This role is an annualised hours contract.
