✓We are recruiting for a Data Protection Apprentice to join the Legal Services Team
✓To assist and support the Group Data Protection Officer [DPO] with the management of Data Protection across the Group, for example this may include processing individual right requests and data breach investigations and administrative tasks dependant on business needs.
✓This is an important role in which you will:
✓· Support the Group DPO with the management of Data Protection across the Group
✓· Liaise with Customer and colleagues where necessary
✓· Organise and prioritise tasks in order to resolve areas of concern such as individual rights and breach management
✓· Support the Group DPO and Legal Team in any administrative tasks
✓· Support with the writing or updating of data protection policies and procedures
✓· Gain a qualification in Data Protection which is a highly regulated, well respected and growing area.
✓· Work within a large Group structure supporting the Group DPO with a varied workload in data protection.
✓To be successful in this role you will:
✓· Able to work towards and achieve the Level 4 qualification in Data Protection and Information Governance Practitioner
✓· Good standard of education evidenced by GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
✓· Be well organised and able to prioritise workloads
✓· High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
✓· Demonstrate good levels of IT skills
✓· Be passionate, committed and self-motivated.
