This is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of working from our state-of-the-art Uxbridge office and travelling internationally regularly to engage with our global operations

As a Senior IT Audit Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global IT audit strategy
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders across the organisation to identify risks, evaluate controls, and recommend practical solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our IT systems
Your insights and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct comprehensive IT audits, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls and providing valuable recommendations to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to develop and implement robust IT audit plans and initiatives, aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
Stay up to date with emerging IT risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes to proactively identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on emerging technologies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed audit reports, clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and action plans to management and other relevant stakeholders.
Support the implementation and monitoring of corrective actions to address identified control gaps, ensuring timely resolution.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Extensive experience in IT audit, risk management, or a related field, preferably in a global setting.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices [e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST].
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Proven experience in leading complex IT audits, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering results within defined time lines.What we can offer in return:
