Registered Manager
Description✓THE COMPANY
✓The charity Partners, a division of Brewster Partners have the pleasure of working with a fantastic care provider in Sheffield who are looking for a Registered Manager.
✓THE JOB
✓This position will be responsible for ensuring the service team are motivated, engaged and supported to deliver an outstanding level of care to service users who have specific needs
✓This is a full time position which will be on site and paying a salary of £35k - £38k.
✓Responsibilities include:
✓Providing inspirational leadership to a large team that promotes the values of the organisation.
✓Take ownership of all employee relations within the home including recruitment, training and development, performance management and appraisals.
✓Engage with service users and visitors to ensure a positive experience.
✓Coordinate and implement a care strategy for all service users and staff to follow.
✓Plan and forecast budgets in advance of the financial year and apply the necessary monitoring process and re-forecasting throughout the year.
✓Create and manage staff rotas.
✓Manage health and safety, security, quality of service, compliance and comply with CQC care regulations.
✓Proactively raise income streams ensuring occupancy is achieved at the optimum income and surplus levels.
✓Keep updated with changes both internally and externally that will affect business plans
✓THE PERSON
✓The right person for this position will have at 3 years proven experience in a management position, they will have a positive and enthusiastic mindset who can encourage and motivate a team.
✓To succeed in this position, you will need
✓Level 4 Diploma / NVQ in Social Care or Health Care [or working towards].
✓Level 4 Diploma / NVQ in Management [achieved or working towards] or a Registered Managers Award
✓Proficient at planning and organising a large operation.
✓Ability to provide an excellent level of care for vulnerable people.
✓Proven capabilities of leading a team and managing all staff relations.
✓Ability to motivate and engage staff members.
✓Financial and commercial acumen
