✓About the role;
✓You will need to be comfortable and experienced with a range of disability, challenging behaviour and ideally a driver to aid in taking the service users out in the community
✓You will be assisting with fulfilling life skills and house duties and helping them engage within the local community.
✓We have a varied range of services, you may be working alongside or 1;1 with the services permanent staff.
✓You will need to deliver support to individuals, with the highest standard of care and support, and encouraging independence when applicable
✓The roles we have are of a varied pattern, with Days/Nights/weekend shifts available
✓To work with us, you will need:
✓Ideally 6 months paid UK care experience in the last year or a year in the last 5 years
✓Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks
✓Right to work in the UK [please note, we do not offer sponsorship]
