Locations: Lewisham, SE13 [hybrid working 60% home based]
Contract Type: Ongoing temp for 10-12 weeks [potential perm opportunity]
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday full time [35 hours per week]
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced administrator to carry out office duties for a Housing Association based in Lewisham
Candidates need to have excellent business support experience and a good understanding of computer based systems and operations
You will be working as part of a repairs team and will be responsible for organising repairs appointments, inbox management and all electronic filing, therefore attention to detail is key.
Essential Criteria:
Business support or Administration experience
Providing clear information and answering questions both on the phone and via email
Computer literate with good excel skills
Ability to manage large volume inboxes
Good organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload as required
