Administrator [Construction] Maternity cover role
Description✓Anderselite have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator on a 9 month Fixed Term Maternity cover to join our team based in Almondsbury, Bristol
✓We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive individual to assist in the general administration of project work and provide secretarial support to the Directors and multi-disciplinary teams that sit across 2 floors in our office and are part of the wider Group

✓You will be part of a supportive admin team and under the guidance of the Office Manager your key responsibilities will include:
✓Provide secretarial support including typing of general correspondence, letters, reports, etc
✓Ensure reports and letters are formatted to company’s standards
✓Copying and collating of documentation relevant to those that you support
✓Maintain and manage diaries on a daily basis and ensure that the meetings that you have arranged are scheduled within appropriate timescales
✓Submit planning applications/appeals via the Planning Portal
✓Compile and amend reports using Adobe
✓Prepare invoices and supporting fee schedules
✓Liaise with the Accounts Department on invoicing queries
✓Screen calls where necessary, ensure messages are relayed without delay and proactively use your initiative to answer queries where appropriate
✓Book travel arrangements
✓Create new project files and project codes
✓Ensure that general administration duties are fulfilled on a daily basis to ensure that the office runs smoothly
✓Work independently but also collaboratively as part of the admin team and provide secretarial support to other members of the team during sickness and holiday periods

✓We are looking for an admin professional that has the experience and ability to carry out all aspects of administrative and secretarial duties to a high standard and can build strong working relationships across all levels
✓Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
✓Excellent communication skills [written and verbal]
✓To be computer literate and fully proficient in all Microsoft packages
✓Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative and manage competing demands and deadlines
✓Excellent organisation and communication skills and interpersonal capabilities
✓Flexible and professional approach to work
✓Good grammatical comprehension – written and verbal
✓Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
✓Experience in planning portal software or billing/timesheet set up would be advantageous but not essential
