Architectural Technician/ Technologist
Description✓Anderselite are seeking an Architectural Technician/ Technologist or a Part II Architectural Assistant for a Design led practice in central Bath.
✓The client is a built environment design consultancy of architects, architectural technicians, urban designers, planners, regeneration, heritage specialists and urban geographers and their portfolio varies dramatically across all relevant sectors, however you will have experience in Residential and Housing Design packages for this particular role.
✓The client's aim is to create inspiring and sustainable places to live, so responding to the physical, environmental, historic and social constraints of a site is at the heart of their design process
✓You will have an outgoing personality to develop new and long-term relationships with clients and there are long-term career prospects for the right person along with this client's ambitious expansion plans.
✓Good technical Design is essential for these roles along with experience in RIBA Stage 4.
✓Experience in using Revit would be an advantage and training and mentoring is provided and the practice holds lively office lectures and events to develop your understanding of Architectrure.
