✓As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative art lessons to students across various age groups and abilities

✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students, ensuring progression in their artistic development.
✓Teach various art techniques and mediums, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art, providing guidance and feedback to help students refine their skills.
✓Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express their creativity and take pride in their artwork.
✓Encourage critical thinking, artistic interpretation, and the exploration of cultural and historical influences in art.
✓Organize and participate in art exhibitions, showcases, and competitions, celebrating students' achievements and promoting their work within the school and the wider community.Requirements:
✓Qualified teacher status [QTS] or equivalent, with a relevant degree in Art or a related field.
✓Proven experience teaching art to secondary school students, demonstrating a track record of inspiring and engaging learners.
✓A genuine passion for art and the ability to share your enthusiasm with students, encouraging their creativity and artistic expression.
✓Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
✓Ability to satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.Benefits:
