✓As a Chemistry Teacher, you will have the responsibility of maximizing the academic progress of the students you teach
✓Collaborating with colleagues, you will actively participate in the development of the department, promoting a positive, purposeful, and professional working atmosphere that encourages cooperation and growth.
✓General Responsibilities:
✓Plan and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons that cater to the abilities of all students and align with the syllabus.
✓Create a stimulating classroom environment that facilitates effective learning.
✓Generate enthusiasm for the subject, inspiring all students to reach their full potential.
✓Collaborate with the Head of Department, Learning Support, Form Tutor, and Head of House to address special educational needs and pastoral difficulties.
✓Complete written assessments and reports according to guidelines and deadlines.
✓Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
✓Hold an appropriate degree with UK PGCE or other teaching qualification providing QTS.
✓Familiarity with the national curriculum of England, including IGCSE/GCSE and/or A-Level.
✓All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role

✓All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay
