Nursery Assistant

✓If so, we are seeking a Nursery Assistant to to join a fantastic primary school in Harrow
✓You will be required to support children with their learning and work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff usually within the classroom or other learning areas, to support pupils with their development and growth.
✓As a Nursery Assistant, you will ideally have had previous experience with children in some capacity due to the nature of the role

✓The Role:
✓As a Nursery Assistant, you will need to establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs
✓Promote the inclusion and acceptance of pupils as a Nursery Assistant
✓Support the teacher in managing pupil behaviour, reporting difficulties as appropriate as a Nursery Assistant
✓Prepare classroom as directed for lessons and clear afterwards and assist with the display of pupil's work
✓Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacherRequirements:
✓Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
✓Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
✓Must have a willingness to help with pupils' personal needs.
✓Willing to support children with special needs
