✓As an integral member of the team, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for their students to thrive.
✓Your Role and Responsibilities:
✓Support students with Special Educational Needs in managing their behaviour and emotional well-being.
✓Assist with the implementation of individualised learning plans and behaviour management strategies.
✓Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
✓Collaborate closely with Teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for students.
✓Provide one-on-one and small group support during lessons and help with classroom activities.
✓Monitor student progress, maintain records, and contribute to the evaluation and development of individual learning plans.Requirements:
✓Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs, preferably in a school or educational setting.
✓A patient and compassionate approach, with the ability to build rapport with students.
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with Teachers, parents, and other professionals.
✓A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well within a team.
✓Basic understanding of behaviour management strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
✓Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs, behaviour management, or related fields are desirable but not essential.Benefits:
✓Competitive pay rate of £85 to £95 per week PAYE.
