✓An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Resourcer to join our expanding team at Enlighten Supply Pool.

✓Due to our outstanding and continued performance, we are now looking to expand our team with talented individuals who can contribute towards our high-end service to our candidates and clients.
✓Key responsibilities for the Senior Resourcer:
✓• Building and maintaining longstanding candidate relationships
✓• Resourcing suitable candidates for new temporary vacancies
✓• Advertising new jobs on a variety of platforms
✓• Searching for suitable candidates on job boards
✓• Screening candidates in regard to their relevant skills, availability, location and salary expectations
✓• Providing administrative support for the full recruitment process including; compliance, sending out job descriptions and confirming interviews.
✓Key Skills & experience for the Senior Resourcer:
✓• Previous education recruitment experience is essential for this role
✓• Excellent telephone manner
✓• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
✓• Outstanding customer service skills
✓• Superb attention to detail
✓• Great prioritisation and organisational skills
✓• Ability to work in a demanding and flexible environment
