Test Equipment Engineer
Description✓My client who is a designer and manufacturer of specialist sensors, is now looking for a further Test Equipment Engineer to join their team.
✓Based at my client’s development facility in Middlesex, you will be maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and upgrading existing test equipment.
✓In addition to this you will also be designing and manufacturing new process and test equipment, as well as establishing and maintaining adequate documents and records of hardware and software designs, calibration, and operating manuals.
✓In addition to designing and developing new test procedures, you will also specify new equipment and coordinate the purchase and introduction of new equipment.
✓As the successful candidate you will carry out the regular calibration of equipment and document the results.
✓It is expected that you will have familiarity with a wide range of electronic test equipment.
✓You should also have the ability to fault-find, and then carry out electronic and mechanical repairs.

✓Experience:
✓It is expected that you will have a degree or similar in Electronics, along with a relevant industry experience in a production environment.
