✓Our client is an establish gaming company
✓They are expanding their IT Operations team and are seeking applications from experienced IT Service Engineers to work within the Service/Support function.
✓Role:
✓Provide 1st/2nd Line Technical Support
✓Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and request tickets, providing required updates
✓Follow the problem management process to prevent recurring incidents and disruption to the IT operation.
✓Contribute to the growth of Service Desk Knowledgebase
✓Provides a key role in configuring and rolling new hardware/software for new starts.
✓Ensure the IT Asset inventory within the Desk platform is maintained.
✓Continuous development and maintenance of system documentation in line with new configuration.
✓Being the initial point of escalation for the IT Service Technician.
✓Escalate IT issues, and work alongside the Infrastructure Team to resolve IT issues that fall outside the capabilities of the support/service desk.Requirements:
✓A related degree at Bachelors, Masters or PhD level
✓Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Desktop and Server OS.
