Commercial Manager
Description✓Bennett and Game Recruitment are currently working with one of the UK's leading global 3PL companies who are actively seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their Dartford / Heathrow location.
✓The client are experts in offering a broad range of supply chain solutions that include integrated logistics, international freight forwarding, e-commerce and express to industrial project logistics and infrastructure investment.
✓Commercal Manager Position Overview
✓Working within the Branch to support the development and growth of the business
✓Generating New Business: Creating and implementing an annual business plan to achieve your set target be it revenue or volume driven.
✓Develop a thorough knowledge of the company's products & services to ensure that our client base is fully aware of all the capabilities and identify upselling opportunities.
✓Adhering to the UK Sales Accountability Process.
✓Quotations and Negotiation
✓Record Management
✓Ensure that you are up to date with the latest developments across the company's Product offering,
✓Weekly meetings with Branch Managers to discuss Commercial growth and Strategy for the branch
✓Commercal Manager Position Requirements
✓Previous experience working in the same or similar position
✓Excellent knowledge of logistics sales
✓Strong written and verbal communication
✓IT literate
✓Excellent sales and negotiation techniques
✓Commercal Manager Position Remuneration
✓Salary - £40K - £60K DOE
✓Commission / Bonus structure
✓Monday to Friday
✓36.5 hours per week
