✓The Role
✓The role is diverse and involves: using business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from target markets with the aim to build and develop positive, lasting relationships.
✓* Network and build long-lasting relationships with local schools & heads of departments.
✓* Partner with schools to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
✓* Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy to map personal market.
✓* Track and identify prospective supply staff using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media.
✓* Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
✓* Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and background checks.
✓* Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to schools.
✓* Offer guidance and facilitate the interview/placement process through to its completion
✓* Follow up with schools, service check staff and use the Enlighten process.
✓* Research and develop recruiting leads.
✓* Work to achieve set business outcomes and measure personal performance via Key performance indicators.
