✓Our client, a successful franchised dealership is looking to expand their team with the addition of a number of Area Sales Managers nationwide.
✓The Area Sales Manager role comes with a competitive basic salary of £36,000 and a 45% Commission Bonus taking the OTE over £52,000
✓Hours: 42.5

✓Growth and Career progression opportunities Area Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
✓Achieve or exceed budgeted Tanker Services revenue for your region.
✓Identify Tanker servicing opportunities within the area that requires your assistance to bring about an increase in revenue, communication with relevant ASR/RSM is vital in identifying prospects and ensuring ownership.
✓Identify new business opportunities with company’s currently not trading with our clients Tanker Services with the aim of opening accounts and winning revenue
✓Opportunities for significant levels of spend should be discussed with Major accounts to determine strategy and ownership.
✓Promote all other divisions of our client and pass on all leads to relevant divisions or ASRs, assist customers with other divisional orders provided it does not start to impact on your time management, at which point discuss with relevant division or ASR.
✓Attend and represent “Tanker Services” at regional sales meetings.
✓Preparation and delivery of quotations.
✓Preparation and submission of monthly KPI report to your Manager
✓Attend a monthly KPI meeting with your Manager
✓Update and maintenance of CLM system.
✓Achieve/exceed minimum sales call rate.
✓Contribute to annual depot budget forecasts for Tanker Services.
✓Attend and represent our clients Tanker Services at trade shows, customer days etc.Minimum Requirements as a Area Sales Manager:
✓A bubbly, charasmatic yet commanding personality
✓A proven track record in sales, preferably field based and within Tanker Services, waste management or temporary accommodation [experience in industry desirable]
✓Significant experience in developing and winning new business within a competitive market
✓An excellent communicator with proven negotiation skills
✓Highly organised and with a strong attention to detail
✓The ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems
✓Full UK driving licence is essential as this role will require travelling between customer sites
