✓Now in to it’s third generation, the company has successfully navigated the changing face of retail

✓We are looking for an experienced ecommerce operations and inventory manager to be part of a small team based in North London.
✓Applicants should have excellent communication skills to work within our close-knit team and will need to be competent in the management and analysis of data.
✓
✓The role will be integral to assisting the continuous growth of the company.
✓
✓Working Hours; Monday-Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
✓Salary: £30,000 per annum
✓
✓As an ecommerce operations and inventory manager, you will be responsible for:
✓
✓Managing multiple online platforms in a B2B environment to ensure we meet SLA’s
✓Daily order administration
✓Invoice reconciliation
✓Customer query resolution
✓Improving operational/business processes and integrations across our Third Party partners
✓Product Data Management
✓Forecasting supply and demand to prevent over stocking and running out of stock
✓Control and analysis of stock levels to allow for accurate stock reporting
✓Reviewing forecasts, sales analysis and forecasting to maximise sales potential
✓Monitoring stock levels and stock allocations
✓Managing and resolving stock discrepancies
✓Management of Inventory Audits

✓
✓To be successful in this role, you will need:
✓
✓A Good understanding of direct dispatch and supply chain procedures
✓Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context
✓Proactive character capable of driving the operations forwards in a positive way
✓Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
✓Experience with WMS and ERP systems
✓Experience with online ecommerce platforms such as Wayfair, amazon vendor, amazon seller and other third party platforms
✓A professional attitude and attention to detail
