The Advantage I featuring "AIR IMPINGEMENT". The "AIR IMPINGEMENT" allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping of foods, two to four times faster than conventional conveyor belt ovens, depending on food product cooked. Variable speed system moves products through the Impinger oven one after the other, improving product flow during cooking and virtually eliminating labor. Safety of conveyorized product movement is a definite advantage over batch type ovens in that it allows self-tending of the product. Temperature to be adjustable from 300F to 600F - Conveyor speed can be adjustable from 2-1/2 minutes to 20 minutes cooking cycle - 32" belt constructed from flexible stainless steel belt and travels a distance of 72" of which 35" is in the baking chamber.
