Accounts Assistant
Description✓CMA has been engaged to recruit for our professional and leading Central Bournemouth client, their requirement is for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.
✓Reporting into the Finance Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the all-customer invoicing is correctly processed in a small and close knit finance team.
✓Our client offers a permanent position paying up to £22,000 per annum depending on experience and relevant skills.
✓What will the role Accounts Assistant involve?
✓Maintaining sales ledger activity is correctly processed daily;
✓Assisting in purchase ledger when required;
✓Resolving billing queries;
✓Processing and taking payments;
✓Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
✓The Accounts Assistant will be able to demonstrate an understanding of sales and purchase ledger processing and query resolution;
✓Confident with account reconciliations and spotting discrepancies;
✓Experience using multiple accountancy systems and confident with Excel;
✓‘A successful candidate should meet all of the criteria above’.

✓A starting salary range of £22,000 per annum plus a benefits;
