Bookkeeper
Description✓I am currently recruiting on behalf of a brilliant company based in Bradford, BD5.
✓Our client provides full housing related support and a tenant liaison service to those who require housing with additional needs.
✓The working hours are between Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
✓Responsibilities include but are not limited to -
✓Maintain and track:
✓Rent records across various portfolios [historical & new acquisitions],
✓Expenditure records across various portfolios [historical & new acquisitions],
✓Profit & loss records across various portfolios [historical & new acquisitions].
✓Ensure periodic income of rental revenue.
✓Follow up on any rental arrears with councils, tenants & managing agents, ensuring they are cleared at the earliest.
✓Daily, weekly & monthly reporting of:
✓Rental summary per portfolio,
✓Expenses incurred per portfolio
✓Forecast the rent generation, profit & loss projections.
✓Stay up to date on the financials of the business, maintaining standard & accurate reporting structure.
✓Organize and prioritise ADHOC tasks completion, as required.
✓You would be required to have 12 months + work experience within an Accounts / Finance related role, book keeping.
