Senior Credit Risk Analyst

✓Brewster Partners are working with a client in the online retail sector to recruit a Senior Credit Analyst into their current team based in Bradford
✓The purpose of the role being to support the business in managing the credit risk process - optimising reduction of bad debt losses.

✓The Job:
✓Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
✓Undertake analysis to review and optimise credit decision strategies and associated functions
✓Perform detailed ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and identify specific risks
✓Test and implement approved changes to the credit systems, acting as a main contact for any internal communication
✓Compile comprehensive documents, reports and presentation material to assist in meeting business end goals
✓Assist other areas of the credit department, from supporting the credit risk manager to other colleagues within your function
✓Adhere to all relevant compliance such as FCA conduct rules, company policies and UK wide regulationsThe Candidate:
✓Previous experience in a role involving data analytics will be required to be considered
✓Ability to articulate and communicate data and management information
✓Competent skills in data manipulation and assessing data in an analytical way
✓Experience with SAS/SQL or a similar system would be beneficial to the role
✓Ability to work independently, prioritise deadlines and multitask simultaneouslyThe Benefits:
