✓Role Overview:
✓As a Manufacturing Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operational activities
✓Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing productivity, optimising resource allocation, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
✓Collaboration with various departments will be essential to streamline processes, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
✓* Foster effective communication and coordination of tasks across cross-functional teams.
✓* Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to optimise efficiency and quality.
✓* Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
✓* Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
✓* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
✓* Identify and resolve operational issues, proactively addressing challenges to minimise disruptions and maintain a smooth workflow.
✓* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
✓Benefits:
✓Competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
✓Flexible working hours [discussed and agreed upon] - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
✓25 days of holiday entitlement in a complete holiday year [January to December] with additional paid holiday from Christmas Eve to January second.
✓Private healthcare offered upon completion of a 6-month probation period.
✓1 fully paid day per quarter for charity work.
✓Company laptop provided for work purposes.
✓Requirements:
✓Proven experience in Manufacturing or construction Administration Role or a similar role.
✓Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

✓Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
