Business Services Coordinator

DescriptionA Business Services Coordinator is required to support a range of business activities, including bid coordination, company due diligence, and candidate screening
This role is a challenging position that will expose you to a many different tasks that often need to be completed quickly
They require someone who is keen to learn new skills and able to quickly adapt to a range of requirements.

Candidates will be required to work a 37.5 hr week working between Monday and Friday 9-5:30
Working will be hybrid with 3 days in the office.

As Business Services Coordinator, some of your key responsibilities will include: 
Employment screening
Completing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
Ensuring onboarding activity [such as referencing, criminal and financial checks] is completed to a high standard and in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
Maintaining a good relationship new hires and communicating with them effectively.
Assisting the management team in preparation for client and internal audits.
Drafting contracts and contract variations and ensuring they returned prior to start dates.
Ensuring all information held is up to date.
Partnering with the offshore team of PO administrators to ensure the on-boarding requirements are met and act as a coach for your offshore colleagues.
Sales and bids 
Supporting the bid management process by facilitating bid forum meetings and coordinating responses.
Ensuring the bid process is adhered to, which includes organising and facilitating qualification, kick-off, solutioning, commercial and sign-off meetings.
Assisting with the management of bids according to in-house process.
Editing existing content to answer client questions, as well as helping subject matter experts write new content.
Liaising with other teams and chasing progress on related activities to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensuring all bid and clarification materials are circulated to bid team members.
Helping the sales team prepare for presentations and site visits.
Reviewing and editing responses to ensure they are compelling, compliant, and consistent.
Due diligence 
Co-ordinating responses to due diligence questionnaires from clients.
Liaising with other teams and chasing progress on related due diligence activities to ensure deadlines are met.
Undertaking due diligence on clients and suppliers, such as performing D&B checks.
Reporting 
Helping the management team with PowerPoint slides and other reports.
Helping the sales team with a variety of forecasting and reporting.
Reviewing monthly management information for accuracy.
The successful Business Services Coordinator will have the following skills, qualifications, and experience
Enthusiasm and willingness to help with a variety of different tasks is essential.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop effective working relationships, not just with immediate colleagues, but across the Group.
Ability to co-ordinate information from multiple sources.
Must be confident at chasing for information if people are unresponsive, as well as questioning if responses are incomplete.
This role would suit anyone who has worked in a bid administrator, bid co-ordinator, sales support, or recruitment co-ordinator role.
