Case Admin - NPS [Bradford City Courts]

✓Client: NPS [site based in Bradford, City Courts Probation Office]
✓Hours: 37 hours a week Monday - Thursday 8:45 - 5:15, Friday 8:45 - 4:30 [Late shift once every few weeks of 11-7]
✓Duration: On-going temporary role
✓Pay rate: £10.42ph
✓Location - Bradford [BD1]The Role:
✓Deal with all mail items; preparing and sending letters
✓Actioning emails within a shared inbox
✓Covering reception, greet offenders and visitors, log their arrival and departure, ensure the appropriate member of staff is notified and issue visitor passes and security fobs as necessary
✓Handle queries, referring on when unable to resolve
✓Handle incoming telephone calls, take messages and transmit to the appropriate person.
✓Prepare paperwork for probation officers, scanning and uploading documents as needed on internal systems [full training provided]
✓Pay bus fares/travel warrants to offenders and handle day to day petty cash
✓Access databases for information as necessary and input information as required
✓Practice safer working and adhere to data protection, confidentiality policies and legislationSkills required:
✓Great verbal and written skills
✓Admin or receptionist experience
✓Great organisational skills
✓Great team player
✓Good customer service skills
✓Able to use own initiative
