HR Apprentice

✓We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Apprentice to join our HR team at our office in Sidcup with flexibility to work from home.
✓The apprenticeship is full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be an 18 months fixed term contract.
✓In this role you will be a part of the HR team of 5, providing a reliable and efficient administration service to the team.
✓To assist the HR Administrators to provide a proactive HR administrative service to key client areas
✓To provide administrative support to the HR Administrators
✓To facilitate and minute meetings, maintaining confidentiality at all times
✓To devise and maintain filing systems and HR systems
✓To undertake preliminary information gathering
✓Work with an experienced apprenticeship training provider towards a Business and Administration Level 2 qualificationWhat are we looking for?
✓Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
✓Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
✓Ability to work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality in working practices
✓Ability to prioritise own work and be self-motivated
✓Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including externally
