HR Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Apprentice to join our HR team at our office in Sidcup with flexibility to work from home.
The apprenticeship is full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be an 18 months fixed term contract.
In this role you will be a part of the HR team of 5, providing a reliable and efficient administration service to the team.
To assist the HR Administrators to provide a proactive HR administrative service to key client areas
To provide administrative support to the HR Administrators
To facilitate and minute meetings, maintaining confidentiality at all times
To devise and maintain filing systems and HR systems
To undertake preliminary information gathering
Work with an experienced apprenticeship training provider towards a Business and Administration Level 2 qualificationWhat are we looking for?
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
Ability to work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality in working practices
Ability to prioritise own work and be self-motivated
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including externally
