Talent Development Administrator

My client, a local law firm, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy Talent Development Department on a 6 Month Maternity Cover contract
Working closely with the Talent Development Team your primary focus will be providing administration support for the legal training provided by a team of Professional Support Lawyers [PSL's].
Key Responsibilities
* Support the administrative needs of the training provided by the PSLs.
* Act as first point of contact for al PSL training requests.
* Coordinating PSL training programmes; booking rooms and equipment, liaising with speakers/trainers
sending calendar invitations, tracking responses etc
* Preparing presentations and course materials, liaising with the document production team to ensure all materials are ready.
* Maintaining data on key TD spreadsheets i.e Development Plans, Professional Qualifications, Professional Memberships etc.
* Work with the TD team where PSL training sessions relate to other firm-wide programmes to ensure there are no conflicts.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 1 years experience within an administrative role.
* Strong IT Skills.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Dynamic, confident communication style
