Talent Development Administrator

✓My client, a local law firm, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy Talent Development Department on a 6 Month Maternity Cover contract
✓Working closely with the Talent Development Team your primary focus will be providing administration support for the legal training provided by a team of Professional Support Lawyers [PSL's].
✓Key Responsibilities
✓* Support the administrative needs of the training provided by the PSLs.
✓* Act as first point of contact for al PSL training requests.
✓* Coordinating PSL training programmes; booking rooms and equipment, liaising with speakers/trainers
✓sending calendar invitations, tracking responses etc
✓* Preparing presentations and course materials, liaising with the document production team to ensure all materials are ready.
✓* Maintaining data on key TD spreadsheets i.e Development Plans, Professional Qualifications, Professional Memberships etc.
✓* Work with the TD team where PSL training sessions relate to other firm-wide programmes to ensure there are no conflicts.
✓Candidate Requirements
✓* Minimum of 1 years experience within an administrative role.
✓* Strong IT Skills.
✓* Excellent organisational skills
✓* Dynamic, confident communication style
