✓Due to continued company growth, they require a Commercial and Customer Executive to join with an immediate start.
✓
✓Key Responsibilities for the Commercial and Customer Executive:
✓Business Development:
✓Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
✓Building business relationships with clients for continued work and offering solutions and support.
✓Maintaining a CRM system of existing and prospective client information.
✓Collaborating with other teams in ensuring the pipeline of work is maintained for maximum profitability.
✓Use marketing tools to continue to best develop sales networks and prospects.
✓Commercial Responsibility:
✓Actioning RFQs and quotes.
✓Ensuring profitability forecast of quotations prior to issue to customer.
✓Periodically review rates/charges to ensure ongoing profitability of business in conjunction with management.
✓Maintaining Customer relationships for continued business using CRM tools.
✓Act as commercial focal for queries and challenges from customers and follow up.
✓Support any MRO / Project commercial proposition and represent Commercial interests.
✓Activities [including but not limited to]:
✓Direct sales contact with prospects / existing customers.
✓Building and producing quotes for customer timescales.
✓Meeting customers at their sites/industry events.
✓Promotional event organisation and networking to increase geographic range.
✓Support management team with data and commercial expertise.
✓Company benefits:
✓Death in Service rate is 3 x Annual Salary.
✓The pension is minimum 3% employee and 6% employer after 3 months of start date.
✓There is a 1% bonus on new business based on fixed hours revenue.
