Description✓Our client, a franchised car dealership in Bournemouth area has a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join their team.
✓Salary: Basic of £26,000, with realistic earnings of £28,000
✓Experience Required: 3/4 years
✓What you will be doing as a Parts Advisor:
✓- Qualify customer requirements both face-to-face & over the telephone
✓- Meeting & Greeting
✓- Ordering parts for the workshop
✓- Pricing additional work
✓- Gaining authority
✓- Upsell value added products
✓- Invoicing
✓- Ensuring the customer is completely satisfied
