✓Hunter Mason are currently working with a Bespoke Building company to source a Quantity Surveyor
✓This role will entail working alongside the Project Manager on a wide variety of projects with a focus on Residential and Domestic Conversions and Extensions working on a variety of initial tenders and proposals to this regard

✓Your new role as a Quantity Surveyor
✓As a Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include the following:
✓* Budgeting
✓* Assisting the tendering process
✓* Cashflow forecasting
✓* Subcontractor procurement and negotiation
✓* Change management
✓* Pricing of variations and the provision of timely cost advice
✓* Remeasurement
✓* Working closely with the Contract and Project Managers in the delivery of the projects
✓* Subcontract account management to FA
✓* Monthly CVRs
✓* Closing out of project Final Accounts
