✓To become a Teaching Assistant with Aspire you will need;
✓ Experience working in a similar role.
✓ Good communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
✓ Show integrity and initiative
✓ Have a flexible positive approach.
✓ References to cover 2 years.
✓ Complete an enhanced DBS check/Have DBS on update system.
