✓Three-week rotating pattern averaging 37.5 hours a week working 12 hours shifts
✓Wk1 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday [Day shift 6am - 6pm
✓Wk2 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday [Night shift 6pm – 6am]
✓WK3 - Monday, Tuesday [Day shift 6am - 6pm] Thursday, Friday [Night shift 6pm - 6am]
✓Following week revert to week 1 pattern.

✓Purpose of the Maintenance Engineer
✓Working on various types of CNC machine tool equipment and automated assembly lines

✓Main duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer
✓To provide electrical and mechanical maintenance to a range of CNC machinery including lathes, grinding machines, balancing machines, robotics, automated and semi-automated assembly equipment.
✓Reacting to urgent breakdowns reducing machine downtime to a minimum.
✓Following PPM & TPM schedules to ensure all equipment is routinely serviced and inspected.
✓Carry out continuous improvement activity with set objectives to improve maintenance KPI’s.
✓PLC & Drive Diagnosis, Siemens, Fanuc, Allan Bradley & Okuma.
✓Vision systems.
✓Be involved with new equipment implementation projects.
✓Working from SAP.
✓Installation of machine service including electrical supply, pneumatics, and networks.
✓Recognized Apprenticeship [electrical/mechanical]
✓HNC/HND [electronic/mechanical]
✓Electrical installation experience, 18th edition qualification [preferred].
✓Working knowledge of machine tool processes, fault diagnostics, analysis, and countermeasure implementation.
✓CNC diagnostics capability and experience [Okuma, Siemens, Fanuc, etc.]
✓Experience working with root cause analysis tools, practical problem-solving techniques, and lean manufacturing techniques
✓[Preferred]
✓PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows plus Microsoft packages [excel, word, SAP etc.]
✓Has a strong focus on team goals, as well as individual commitments.
✓Be a great team player working with like-minded engineers.
