Technical Support Analyst
Description✓We have a new hybrid role for a junior Technical Support Analyst to join a cracking financial services software provider in South London
✓The company are long-established and have a great reputation for the quality of their products
✓They will give you excellent career options - over time you will be able to move into development roles, into testing or into client support, it's up to you.
✓They are now looking to hire a smart graduate in Maths, Computer Science or Engineering at 2.1 level or above, to work with supporting their clients, fixing bugs and arranging software releases
✓Previous commercial experience isn't essential but you must have a good grounding in a programming language such as C#, VB.net etc
✓You should also have database experience and good SQL knowledge.
✓Good communication skills are a must as you will be communicating daily with clients via email, website and telephone.
✓It is a hybrid role where you will be in the office 3 days per week.
✓This is a great role for someone of graduate level looking for their first role in IT
