Hr Business Partner
Description✓Business Partner with employee relations experience, to deal with employee casework including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management, consultations and HR projects
✓The role will be to support both the UK and Dutch businesses within the group.
✓You must be able to speak a high level of Dutch, and have knowledge of Dutch employment law and practices.

✓As a HR Business Partner this role involves:
✓* Dealing with employee relations cases from start to finish
✓* Support with complex consultations
✓* Deal with all areas of employee relations including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management
✓* Advise managers on steps to take to deal with HR related issues
✓* Respond to queries through a shared HR inbox
✓* Oversee HR Apprentices / Administrators as required
✓* Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
✓A great role in an industry leader, the HR Business Partner will have a proven track record and will be expected to immediately pick up ongoing casework.
