Hr Business Partner

DescriptionBusiness Partner with employee relations experience, to deal with employee casework including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management, consultations and HR projects
The role will be to support both the UK and Dutch businesses within the group.
You must be able to speak a high level of Dutch, and have knowledge of Dutch employment law and practices.

As a HR Business Partner this role involves:
* Dealing with employee relations cases from start to finish
* Support with complex consultations
* Deal with all areas of employee relations including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management
* Advise managers on steps to take to deal with HR related issues
* Respond to queries through a shared HR inbox
* Oversee HR Apprentices / Administrators as required
* Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
