Production Supervisor - Textile
Description✓Stafforce are looking for experience production supervisor for our client who is a family run business, with a 160 year heritage in the textile industry.
✓This is a fantastic temporary to permanent role.
✓Location: BD4
✓Working hours: 6am -2.00pm rotating to 11.00am till 7.00pm week after
✓Monday to Friday hours plus overtime available
✓Pay rate £13.50 phr
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Managing team of 6 production operatives
✓Supervise and assist in the production of our textile products.
✓Assist in achieving production targets.
✓Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
✓Report any quality or health and safety issues to the management team.
✓Ensure new starters are welcomed to the team and trained on job instructions.
✓Audit all daily checks and ensure they are being carried out.
✓Consider and implement solutions to problems as and when they arise.
✓Successful candidate must have previous supervisory experience
✓Textile experience would be an advantage.
