Our client is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Media City, Salford Quays
They work with clients in skincare, FMCG, wellness, fashion, beauty & more
Due to their large success across social and digital campaigns, they have some of the world's most leading brands on their roster.
Their recent growth has opened a vacancy within the Client Services team for a Strategic Account Manager
With the support of the AD you will be the key point of contact for their clients and advise them on how to navigate the digital world to achieve key objectives.
Duties of an Account Manager:
Be the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining relationships.
Gain a holistic understanding of each client and their needs.
Proactively sharing knowledge from the digital field following updates and trends.
Manage client expectations.
Ensure documentation is up to standard with accuracy and quality.
Taking briefs from clients, present back and prepare proposals.
Ensure KPI's are on track and resolving any concerns.
Work with the senior team on new business pitches.
Develop expertise across all service channels.What you'll need to be successful in the Account Manager role:
Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience within a digital role.
Experience with beauty, fashion or retail clients is desired.
Confident communicator and presentation skills.
Agency or client-side experience is welcome from a relevant field.
Approachable and friendly personality.
A desire to help grow and develop with the team and upsell.Agency benefits:
