✓Manpower is continuing to grow our team in the Grays and we are looking for a Delivery Consultant to support fulfilling orders with our existing client base

✓Responsibilities:
✓Day to day running of business operation
✓Develop Client relationships to ensure growth opportunities
✓To be able to work remote, meeting clients on site and conducting service reviews
✓Manage candidate in their on-boarding process - Supporting them on their day-to-day assignments
✓Supporting with payroll and governance
✓Client communication and providing feedback
✓The recruitment industry is often very fast paced environment where you will need to work as part of a team while demonstrating great focus and attention to your colleagues and associates
✓This is a demanding role which requires agility and flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing growing business.
✓About you:
✓Excellent attention to detail
✓Positive attitude with a proactive mindset
✓Organisational skills while being able to multi-task
✓Strong data entry and attention to detail
✓Good IT skills, including Excel, Outlook and ability to learn database management systems
✓Although beneficial experience in this field is not required, you will also become a specialist in logistics, and we will provide you the tools to specialise in any other aspect of recruitment
