Salary: £26,000 - £40,000 OTE Per Annum.

They are looking to expand their auction business and are looking for a full-time experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, ambitious Branch Manager to join the team.
You will need to be highly motivated, professional, well organised, and have excellent negotiation skills.
About The Role:
As a Branch Manager your role will be to focus on the day-to-day running of the branch ensuring that all business objectives are achieved
Providing effective leadership to your team, you will aim to maximise opportunities and optimise profitability alongside the continued delivery of outstanding customer service
Taking a pro-active approach, you should be aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace ensuring increase in profitability, market share and ultimately focussed on your goal of achieving excellent customer service and optimised profitability.
Your excellent people management and leadership skills will be matched by the ability to act as a role model to the rest of the team
Effective in delegation and time management you will achieve the objectives of this role to a high standard.
Candidate Requirements:
As an energetic, results driven Branch Manager, you will need the following:
* Identify business opportunities and create self- generated appointments.
* Conduct quality Market Appraisals and win instructions in line with the company standard conversion rate.
* Undertake thorough inspections of buildings and land to identify any characteristics or factors affecting value
Research and write detailed reports for clients about their properties.
* Marketing auction sales to attract potential bidders.
* Manage auctions; organise marketing material and manage auction sales.
* Assist with business generation.
* Be proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good maths skills.
* You will need to have a good standard of computer literacy
* Good 'people skills' and the ability to negotiate.
* The ability to show tact and diplomacy at all times.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Required experience:
* Previous Estate Agency Branch Manager/Lister/ Valuation Manager experience essential-minimum 5-6 years.
We are very eager to speak to those already experienced as an Estate Agency Branch Manager / Lister / Valuation Manager, or equally eager to speak to those that have a strong residential sales background and are looking to take the next step within their career.
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Working hours: Standard 9 to 5 hours- Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional evening
Some property viewings may take place during evenings or weekends to maximise attendance.
Travel: some travel is required when visiting properties and sites.
The role comes with a very competitive basic salary, dependent on experience and an excellent Uncapped OTE and a Car Allowance.
