✓* Experience in a customer facing role
✓* Previous experience of managing people
✓* Previous experience of retail

✓* Team leader with ability to use own initiative
✓* Warm, friendly and engaging personality with a good sense of humour
✓* An energy and enthusiasm to succeed
✓* Confident and articulate when speaking to customers
✓* Ability to carry manual handling duties on a daily basis
✓WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
✓* To work with the Manager to ensure the retail outlet is efficiently run
✓* Supervise and provide on-the-job training of staff, as delegated by the Manager
✓* Assist the Manager in the management, motivation and support of the team to increase
✓sales and ensure efficiency.
