Account Manager

✓The company has seen continued growth over the last 5 years with a UK turnover in excess of £10m.
✓As a business, they are firmly established within the public and private sector and with over 20 years' industry experience
✓As part of this success, they have immediate requirements for Account Managers to build on existing and new client accounts.
✓THE JOB
✓At least 2 years commercial experience in account management for both existing clients and partner accounts include building strong client relationships
✓Ability to seek upselling opportunities to drive cross-sales and up-sales by understanding client needs and developing an excellent product knowledge within a telco environment
✓You will support customer journey with a focus on customer retention and relationship building meeting agreed KPI's as set out by the Sales Manager.
✓THE PERSON
✓Consistently achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
✓Oversee an assigned portfolio of existing partners and direct business accounts
✓Point of contact for all existing customers and partners to deal with all enquiries including any concerns or complaints
✓To develop industry and product knowledge and to assess customer requirements whilst delivering excellent customer quality and service
✓To attend client meetings UK wide to manage, maintain and develop on a regular basis
✓To perform product and services demonstrations to clients and partners to a high standard providing relevant product knowledge and portfolios across the business
✓To work with the Marketing team on focused sales and marketing campaignsTHE BENEFITS
